Vietnamese Caramelized Pork ribs

Cooks in 45 min Difficulty Medium

Say hello to a Vietnamese favorite: Caramelized Braised Ribs. Picture tender ribs cooked in a flavorful caramel sauce until they’re melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It’s all about that perfect mix of sweet and savory flavors that makes Vietnamese cuisine so special. Growing up, this was my go-to dish with rice.

And here’s the best part: you can mix the caramelized sauce with the rice for an even tastier experience.
