125g pork shoulder
100g vermicelli (bun)
Fish sauce
Special Blend:
Garlic

Marinade:
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
Oil (for preventing sticking)
Toppings:
Greens (mint, lettuce)
Cucumber (julienned)
Vietnamese pickled carrots and radishes
Scallion oil
Cha gio (optional, but highly recommended)

Directions
- Marinate the pork shoulder with the special blend and let it sit for 3 hours to overnight.
- Prepare your assembly toppings, including greens and vermicelli.
- To make scallion oil, place chopped scallions in a heatproof bowl and drizzle hot neutral oil over them.
- Grill the marinated pork in the air fryer at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
